A.M. BEST AFFIRMS "AA" RATING OF MAIDEN RE - ARI REINSURANCE TRUST AGREEMENT
ARI is proud to announce that it continues to maintain the highest level of reinsurance security offered in the marketplace today. The trust collateralizes liabilities assumed by Maiden Re from ARI in various reinsurance treaties. The "aa" rating is the highest credit rating offered by A.M. Best.
The trust, in addition to $33.6 million in surplus and $80 million in assets at June 30, 2010, gives our business partners and customers the confidence they need from their insurance carrier. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact any member of the ARI management team.
